Honey , Soy Sauce, Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame Oil, garlic and cornstarch mix and coat chicken.

An alternative sauce is Honey Chipotle BBQ: ¼ cup honey,1/4 BBQ sauce, 3 tbsp of orange juice, ½ tsp of salt, 1 cup corn syrup, ½ tsp cayenne, pinch of chipotle powder and 2 drops lemon juice.
